With its full scale partnerships and experience in the Middle East and North Africa regions, HumanSoft Learning Solutions (LS) plans to take part in Gitex to focus on core issues that companies need to address to ensure a beneficial e-learning programme. Mohamad Hassoun, vice president of learning solutions, says that this year the exhibition will provide a platform for discussions on the importance of higher level involvement in training on the part of corporate management, which he believes is a key factor for successful learning. “A pro-active leader encourages employees, motivating them to learn and enabling them to truly benefit from the educational resources provided,” he says. The learning solutions provider will also highlight key ways in which all organisations can improve and expand their IT training initiatives. By taking a pro-active interest in the education of staff and by learning from previous attempts at training, HumanSoft LS maintains that companies can fine-tune their objectives and achieve measurable results. “When employees improve their skills they become notably more productive and efficient. Employers need to know how to maximise on this, as it can considerably undercut the costs of an organisation,” says Hassoun. HumanSoft LS also plans to draw attention to the issue of the importance of internal marketing campaigns. Such drives, which target company employees, raise awareness within the organisation of the types of new solutions being implemented.
