Background

We are HumanSoft Holding Company KSCC, a Kuwait stock exchange listed company and a Middle East leading organization in the public education, higher education and Human and IT development fields.

Our business lines are purposively selected to offer the benefits of specialization and integrated comprehensiveness. We create and promote ventures in these business lines that have specialized missions yet, together, they form a consortium that functions harmoniously to fulfill our vision of being a provider of integrated value. The mission of AUM aims at creating a solid and genuine learning environment that facilitates the development of a generation of leaders, committed to the culture of their community and the global ethical values of professionalism, and enjoying a continuous process of learning that goes beyond obtaining degrees to learning through accumulation of experiences and responsibilities. AUM emphasizes that the acquisition of theoretical knowledge must be accompanied by the practical empowerment of the learner to apply such knowledge on the ground and benefit from it in both professional and personal life. ACM is a career college that provides applied higher education programs serving students who are inclined towards practical learning, and serves employers across industries with the need for graduates with career-specific skills as well as sound critical thinking, and behavioural and business communication skills.

Our aim is to work with our colleagues in public and private institutions towards developing education, Human Resources and IT industries in the Arab region, through providing our clients and partners with high return ventures in the fields of education and training, human resources management, IT solutions, learning curricula and publishing, organizational development solutions and E-commerce.

The HR Industry

We see organizations involved in HR services, globally, to be operating in a state of serious fragmentation. We aspire to see a clearly defined HR industry, with clear standards and role definitions, integrating the widely diverse organizations involved in HR development and learning such as colleges and universities, schools, accreditation bodies and recruitment and training organizations. Such an industry would facilitate the amalgamation needed to achieve higher efficiencies, service integration and reduction of complexity. This should enable individuals and organizations to be better equipped to cope with the ever increasing complexity of our modern life, and to maximize on all the benefits that can be obtained from the digital age. Ultimately, hoping that mankind can enjoy more love, happiness and peace.
